  • AI-Assisted Content: Certain audio and visual projects on this site involve the use of Generative AI tools. These works are curated, edited, and directed by Soul Mine Music Co. and are presented as part of personal artistic research and production.

3. Mixing & Engineering Services

For all projects where Soul Mine Music Co. acts as a third-party mix engineer:

  • Ownership of Masters: Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, the client (the band or artist) retains full ownership of the underlying musical compositions and performances.
  • Service Rights: Soul Mine Music Co. reserves the right to include snippets or links to the finished mixed tracks in its professional portfolio and on this website for promotional purposes.
  • Final Approval: All mixing services are provided based on the client's creative direction. Once a "Final Mix" is delivered and approved, any further revisions may be subject to additional studio fees.

4. Portfolio Credits & Usage

  • Attribution: All third-party works featured on this site are attributed to the respective artists.
  • Usage Restrictions: Media featuring third-party artists is displayed for portfolio and promotional purposes only. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or "scrape" any audio or visual content for the purpose of training AI models or for commercial use without express written consent from the copyright holder.

5. Limitations of Liability

Soul Mine Music Co. provides all content and AI research "as is." While the highest technical standards are maintained in studio and engineering work, no guarantees are made regarding the performance of third-party AI platforms or software mentioned on this site.
